Today with the ingest of different types of food offerings in food court, cafes, restaurants, the offerings of food availability makes our habitual diet and lifestyle more towards eating out as a chosen path to fill our stomach daily, without realising what is used to cook the food? One of the most common health issues ignored today is constipation, loose bowel movement, stools eliminated sticks to the toilet bowl. Even though the person may go to the toilet to eliminate daily, the type of stool eliminated should not be ignored, thus causing some initial symptoms of health issues such as some of the following.

Types of Toxicity Symptoms

  • Feeling lethargy
  • Weight gain
  • Skin rash and allergy to unknown matters

One of the most common herbal oils used to eliminate toxic will be the weekly intake of organic castor oil. On a weekly basis an intake of castor oil (2 -3 teaspoons mixed with warm water) would help eliminate the congested material in our gut system and same time assist in relieving constipation. It is known by some as a constipation remedy. This is followed with intake of 2 cups of boiled barley water the next day to regulate flush out from your urinary system as barley is a diuretic good for removing calcified material in your urinary system.

There are many uses of castor oil – internally intake or externally used. It has anti inflammatory and analgesic property – thus it is good to lessen menstrual pain by rubbing some castor oil on your lower abdomen and put a warm pack on it.
