Plant-Based Protein Diet – Recipe Share for Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • Organic rolled oat/instant oat – 30-50gm depend on volume of glass bottle used
  • 2 teaspoons of organic black or white chia seed
  • 2 teaspoons of organic raisin
  • 2 tablespoons of any crushed organic nuts – almond, cashew nut, walnut
  • ½ teaspoon of organic seed (any of your liking) – sunflower seed, pepitas
  • ½ cup of organic plant-based milk – almond, soya bean, oat milk
  • Organic Jarrah honey

Method

In a clean disinfected glass jar with a lid, follow the following process of putting the ingredients by layer.

  1. At the base of the bottle, add a tablespoon of oat
  2. Followed by layer of 1 teaspoon of organic chia seed
  3. Followed by layer of mixed crushed nuts – 1 tablespoon
  4. Add the next layer with ½ teaspoon of seeds
  5. Then add ½ to 1 teaspoon of honey on next layer
  6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 again to fill up the bottle
  7. You can then slowly add the plant-based milk to fill it up to the last layer of the layered seed
  8. Close the lid and then leave it overnight in the frigde
  9. Serve it as it is from the bottle
