This non cook vegan food is such a yummy meal to have as breakfast or even for an afternoon snack meal.
Ingredients
- 1 just ripe avocado
- 2 teaspoons of roasted pine nut (or any other nut that you like)
- 1 teaspoon of mix toasted organic black and white sesame seed mix
- 2 teaspoons of organic flaxseed oil
Method
- Slit the avocado into 2 sections, remove the seed from the centre and scoop the flesh out from the avocado skin and put into a small bowl to smash it up to a size that you like.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the mashed avocado and serve it.
