Plant-Based Protein Diet – Recipe Share for Mashed Avocado Mix with Toasted Black White Sesame Seed and Organic Flaxseed Oil

This non cook vegan food is such a yummy meal to have as breakfast or even for an afternoon snack meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 just ripe avocado
  • 2 teaspoons of roasted pine nut (or any other nut that you like)
  • 1 teaspoon of mix toasted organic black and white sesame seed mix
  • 2 teaspoons of organic flaxseed oil

Method

  1. Slit the avocado into 2 sections, remove the seed from the centre and scoop the flesh out from the avocado skin and put into a small bowl to smash it up to a size that you like.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the mashed avocado and serve it.
