Both the Epsom Salt and Sodium Bicarbonate mix will give ourselves a good bath soak to help our body to detoxify and also to reduce inflammation, relieving skin irritation and sunburn.
Formula for a bath soak: 1 cup of Epsom Salt, 1 cup of Sodium Bicarbonate, Essential Oil 10 drops (optional). Suggested essential oil to use: Peppermint oil, lemon oil or any of your favourite essential oil.
Formula for foot soak: 1/3 cup of Epsom Salt, 1/4 cup of Sodium Bicarbonate. 8 litre of warm water. Mix all the ingredients and give it a good stir till all the ingredients are dissolved. Soak both feet for 20 minutes. You can add more hot water to the mixture if you wish to also use a cornice stone to give your feet a good scrub to remove dead tissue after the soak.
