When you feel full of optimism, feeling full of energy, bursting with vitality, clear skin, excellent digestion – you will know that the ayurveda discipline that you have enroute to follow has make the transformation of the NEW you. Keep it up if you plan to continue to enjoy the good health. One thing that I enjoyed learning ayurveda is that is it not connected with what is good or bad. Following the ayurvedic practises does not involve denying yourself a treat or a drink (or whatever preference you might chose to have). It about learning about who you are, what you need and be very truthful to yourself. These moment to moment changes in my experiences, to learn what is right for our self at any stages in our lifetime – are choices we chose to serve our self. It is all about finding a balance.
