One of our most difficult issue in trying to achieve a good lifestyle is ‘Discipline’ in most execution that we should do for ourselves to strike a balance lifestyle.

How often do you sleep at designated discipline time of 10pm? Some of us might be just having our dinner meals.

Such practises of late meals, sleeping after midnight, irregular exercise, eating supper with big and heavy portions, drinking ice cold water or drinks with most meals will lead our health to be imbalance due to the stress the body is going to cope with your demand of the body to cope with all these heavy digestion and less time for the body to rest and does it regularly cleansing and detoxification from the body.

Common symptoms that will arise from such an abuse of your own digestive system will lead to – Bloating, Indigestion, Constipation, Allergy, Headache etc which you might ignore or ingest some drugs or herbs to temporary shelf the issue behind.

A long term of not loving your own body or simply ignorance/unawareness and not doing what should be done with our biological body clock will lead to other health issues in time to come.
