Mangosteen

  • Good for maintaining blood sugar levels
  • Anti-inflammatory properties – inhibit release of histamine and prostaglandin
  • Rich nutrient in fruit helps to boost immune system
  • Beneficial in stomach disorder – diarrhea and dysentery
  • A healing fruit rich in antioxidant properties
  • Do not contain any saturated fats or cholesterol

Lemon

  • Excellent source of Vitamin C – increase immune system
  • Having a warm lemon juice water in the morning – helps to flush out toxins
  • Encourages production of bile and aids digestion
  • Helps to replenish body salts especially after an exercise workout session
